Factory Director

We are looking for a Factory Director for Besler as a group company of Yıldız Holding

·         University degree in Engineering
·         At least 10 years related experience in manufacturing with a strong background in operations
·         5 years progressive Leadership experience including responsibility for direct reports
·         Knowledge of food industry technologies, production methods and production system methodologies, local and foreign food industry regulations,
·         Having leadership skills including; creates direction, drives alignment, inspires and energizes people, invests in people and organizes to win
·         Having excellent interpersonal, communication skills,
·         Having the ability of strategic & analytical thinking, multi-task management, problem solving and result oriented,
·         Fluency in English is a must,
·         Good usage of SAP and MS Office applications,

İŞ TANIMI

·         Manage directly or indirectly a site of 200+ employees
·         Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
·         Overseeing the production, maintenance and HSE process
·         Manage capacity/schedules to achieve On-time to Request
·         Following productivity, capacity utilization, profitability and performance indicators
·         Lead optimal day-to-day operations to exceed quality levels for all products, in accordance with good manufacturing and food safety practices
·         Present compelling analytics, management reporting, KPI tracking and summarized communications of financial matters to drive knowledge, alignment and educated management decisions.
·         Commit to best health and safety market practices for all plant employees, through the active use of safety programs, and by proper maintenance practices
·         Check and evaluate the function and technical design of machines and systems,
·         Directing the performance of team members, following their management skills and to direct their career development,
·         Perform talent management at the site, ensuring hiring and development of top talent
·         Working out the human and material resources needed
·         Foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a mind-set toward driving cost savings and improved efficiencies Ensuring the production and maintenance is cost effective
