Part-Time Legal Division Assistant

What we expect from you:

• 3rd year university students from Management, Economy, Industrial Engineering or other Social Science departments.
• Desire to have career
• Able to work minimum 2.5 days/week for minimum 2 semester
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Result oriented, open minded and eager to learn

İŞ TANIMI

• Archiving legal notifications, sharing them with the related legal partners and ensuring the necessary actions are taken in time
• Being responsible for the vendors, managing their identification process, following up vendor contracts and other procurement related matters
• Acting as a bridge between Finance and Legal. Making payments to vendors, ensuring all payments are done properly in time
• Providing legal documents such as commercial registration certificate, signature circular etc. and sharing with the employees when necessary
• Archiving all legal documents
• Providing assistance to Legal Director
• Providing support to Compliance Lead in confidential matters
• Providing support to the division in daily ad hoc matters
