İŞ TANIMI

• Controlling repair invoices received from service partners in Central Asian countries
• Preparing monthly invoice reports for service partners
• Providing support to service partners about usage of service management systems.
• Conducting phone surveys for end users to measure customer satisfaction
• Preparing regular service partner KPI achievement reports according to survey results
• Following up customer complaints received during surveys together with related departments
