Aon is looking for an Individual Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager

As part of our Affinity team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. As an Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager, you will report directly to Affinity and Business Development Director.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration or Economics
• 1-4 years of experience in insurance industry
• Having SEGEM certificate is an asset
• Having experience in health insurance
• Analytical thinking and problem solving competencies
• Relationship management, teamwork, interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years

İŞ TANIMI

• Broking support for sales of individual insurance products and insurance requirements of local / multi national companies  
• Presenting the products and applications of the insurance companies to our customer in complete and provide them to choose the right decision for themselves.
• Preparing renewal packages and relevant proposals and do the day to day follow up
• Being responsible for the preparation of individual insurance contracts, cover notes, reports and contract renewals, finalizing
• Managing relationships with clients and reinsurers
