SENIOR SECURITY SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

TAV TECHNOLOGIES

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, information systems, or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in IT security administration
• Experience maintaining Checkpoint based infrastructure, administering and troubleshooting. Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco ASA experience is an asset
• Experience and knowledge of network protocols, monitoring and troubleshooting tools; protocol problem analysis using packet capture tools
• Experience and knowledge of using internal and external vulnerability assessment tools
• Experience and knowledge of using SIEM solutions
• Can support technology products in the areas of Firewall/VPN and Internet Security; can utilize network diagnostic tools such to troubleshoot security problems and work vendor TAC for assistance
• Resolved critical system and network issues on a 24/7 basis including complete network outages
• Secured the WAN/LAN from virus infections, network intrusions, abuse and vulnerabilities
• Willingness to work non-standard hours to install and maintain IT infrastructure services
• Expert troubleshooting capabilities and solid problem-solving skills with proactive approach
• Strong communication, documentation, presentation and writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• CISSP, CCSA,CCSE,CCNP Security certification, knowledge of ITIL and Active Directory & Unix will be an asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Strong work ethic with an attention to details

İŞ TANIMI

Perform, develop, implement, and maintain system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines

• Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols and standards in support of security enhancements and development efforts to keep current with emerging security alerts and issues; interact with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to obtain services and products
• Deploy all security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including firewalls, DLP and intrusion prevention systems; troubleshoot, maintain and manage WAN optimization, DLP, IPS and SIEM infrastructure; monitor logs and report security incidents; interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution
• Troubleshoot and maintain site to site VPN tunnels in multi-vendor platform, manage client to site VPN tunnels
• Conduct application and vulnerability scanning on demand and scheduled; prepare remediation report
• Support disaster recovery plan and participate in testing
