Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor degree required, engineering .
Computer Skills:
• Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
• Microsoft Project a plus.
•Autocad
• CRM experience a plus.
Working Conditions:
• Required travel both domestic and international.
• Must be able to travel on business or work beyond normal work hours as necessary.
• Ability to work with different geographic location with culturally diverse groups.

İŞ TANIMI
· General management of Warranty Administration and Technical Support for all YORK and HITACHI branded DX products
· Managing the administration of warranty claims with Dealers and Service providers to minimize cost and complete the repairs accurately and in a timely manner;
· Liaison with Service Agents, Contractors, and consumers;
· Complete projects supervised commissioning's on site .
· Provide product technical training seminars in conjunction with the Regional Service Manager as per set agendas;
· Provide training in both "Fault Finding Techniques" and "VRF Systems Installation & Commissioning" both in house and on site
· Developing improved warranty processes with existing team members
