· University degree is required
· Minimum 3 years of product management experience in pharma sector 
· Familiar with market research tools and techniques
· Customer and result oriented 
· Strong strategic thinking and strong analysis and planning skills
· Strong in presentation with high influencing skills

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and inspires others 
· Excellent command of English, both written and verbal 
· Willingness to travel minimum 20% of time

İŞ TANIMI

· Gathering customer insights through field visits, market research and other observational methods such as design thinking 
· Analyzing market and product performance, 
· Coming up with accurate marketing conclusions based on analysis and insights 
· Providing to define product positioning and communication strategy
· Follow up industry trends and changes in health care reforms that will impact the business favorably or unfavorably. 
· Preparing of annual marketing plans and individual product strategies for assigned products that will make product to reach its objectives 
· Developing marketing programs and implementing through with marketing team and supporting functions
· Building an inspiring and shared product vision 
· Works closely with Sales Team to ensure in the field the execution of marketing strategy and tactics
· Collaborates with Medical and represents company marketing function to KOL's/ advisory boards
· Works closely with Supply Chain to ensure delivery of forecasts
· Managing and monitoring financial parameters regularly and implementing tactical or strategic changes if necessary 
· Responsible for budget management
