QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a RAN Rollout Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Central Rollout&Field Operation Sn.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Accountable for the deployment of Rollout activities for all technologies (2G,3G, 4.5G, IBS, Repeater, micro solutions, etc...) considering all relevant procedures, setting&tracking Rollout targets.
Regional E2E rollout tracking including follow up of rollout quotas, budget limitations and DB targets
Checking conformity of IBS solutions from technical aspect. Managing IBS rollout budget limitations & deployments
Checking investment list with respect to DB targets & executing Maximo updates over Site OnAir Process & working coordinately about project and budget information with central planning
To prepare the closing report sharing with Global and Finance departments & checking the compatibility with DB targets
To prepare and issue daily, monthly and annual rollout reports to VPC and related domains
Accountable for Network related BTK regulations and other state units
To coordinate and manage requests of coverage obligations from BTK
Accountable for relations with other business partners, Central Planning, Finance decision support, Site acquisition, Regulations, NOC, Logistics, Supply chain management
Manage strong relations with the vendors, RSPs and 3rd parties in the region
Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans
To structure the site acceptance process & directing the workflow in Vodafone internal tools, , interfacing between regions & acceptance firm
To implement and improve the Site Sharing Structure and ratio
