• University degree in computer engineering, electric-electronic engineering, telecommunications engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NGN, PSTN, IMS and VoIP technologies
• Deep knowledge in SIP, H.323, MGCP, RADIUS, ISUP and SS7 protocols
• Very Good understanding of IP networks and technologies
• Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux, PL/SQL, Database administration (Oracle and MySQL) and XML scripts.
• Good team player and motivation for self development

• Good written and verbal english

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Voice Services Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Voice Services Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
• Planning, design, integration of Voice Infrastructure for all related products and services
• Proactively reviewing current architecture and capabilities, testing and evaluating new technologies and solutions and implementing improvements
• As a solution owner of voice products, responsible for successful operation of products during its lifetime.
• Interface with other OpCo and Group Technology teams
• Ensure resiliency, availability and successful ongoing operation of voice infrastructure
• High level and low level design of new products
• Capacity planning of existing services and platforms
• Accountable to develop and define standards, concepts and guidelines for Voice Infrastructure
• Improve KPIs as per Vodafone Global Standard
• Periodic review of performance and availability reports. Take neceessary actions if needed
