With the approach of “design carries the product to the brand”, Mavi cooperates with designers and consultants from all over the world and has a multi-cultural designer team based in İstanbul. Most famous and successful jean designer Adriano Goldschmied, queen of best-fits Venucia de Russi, Rıfat Özbek, who designed his first jeans collection for Mavi, Hussein Chalayan, who designed his first collection with a Turkish brand, are some of the world famous designers that Mavi has already worked with.
The “Real Estate & Business Development Associate” will responsible for assisting in the business development strategy and expansion plans in line with Mavi’s business objectives.

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports the implementation of Mavi’s expansion programs to ensure the growth and success of the Company
• Assists in preparing analysis of potential customers in terms of feasibility, profitability and competitiveness for investment projects and ensure that those are aligned with company business goals and objectives.          
• Reviews lease expirations and actions for new stores, renewals, relocations, expansions and closures,
• Take role in analyzing on impact of renovation cycles, rollout, and store expansions, closures and relocations      
• Regularly monitor the market, potential sites and regulations
• Fallow up site reports, creates maps and target sites using new stores and existing stores
• Working with the law division for tenancy contracts,
• Follow up of the contract process for all stores,
• Tracks and meets performance goals and budget. Accurately takes role in the preparation of management reports and business plans,
• Managing all process until the store opening.
