COMPLIANCE OFFICER

We are looking for Compliance Officer and an excellent team member who will work in SunExpress,Antalya Headquarter.

We are looking for the following requirements for this position;

• Good command of English.
• University Graduate from Law or Business Management Faculties.
• Ability to use computers, e.g. MS Office applications.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in the related work area.
• Managerial level responsibility.
• Suitable for scheduled and unscheduled travels, and working long business hours.
• The ability to draft Company’s Internal Rules & Regulations, Policies and Procedures.
• High level of strategic thinking, management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of drafting and enforcement of Company Code of Ethics.
• Knowledge of drafting and implementation of Company Anti-corruption Policies and Procedures.
• Knowledge about Contract Compliance Review.
• Knowledge about Functional Compliance Review of the Business Units.
• Knowledge about Compliance Programs and Reporting.
• Knowledge about aviation global industrial practices.
• Knowledge of compliance with the Internal Rules & Regulations, Policies, and Procedures.
• Strict adherence to the Company Politics adopted by the General Management and Board, and confidentiality.

İŞ TANIMI

Some of your responsibilities will be as follows;

• Providing guidance to Business Units on compliance matters.
• Pursuing professional developments in the local and international compliance area.
• Having good communication and compliance processes development studies with the Shareholders.
• Monitoring and management of department’s goals.
• Representing and coordinating own department to other departments.
• Monitoring and implementing of department budget.
• Work in good coordination with the Corporate Audit Director, SunExpress Deutschland Legal Head and the Compliance Officer (preferably under a joint procedure). 
• Aware Director Legal Affairs & Compliance, and General Management in advance of any Board Meeting if any Compliance Issue needs to be reported to the Board.
• Fulfill the tasks assigned by the General Management.
