• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Control Engineering,
• Having a Master’s Degree will be an asset,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Minimum 2 years of power electronics design experience, preferably in home appliance industry,
• Knowledge of electronic motor drive systems and power electronics,
• Having experience in software development for Embedded Systems,
• Knowlegde of C Programing,
• Design of electronic board, layout and schematics
• General knowledge about EMC standards
• Solid background in power electronics semiconductors and its basic principles,
• Industrial design/debugging/validation experience with power conversion,
• Modeling and control expertise for power converters,
• Deep understanding of different power electronics circuit topologies,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

Arçelik Group is looking for a Specialist - R&D (Electronic and Control Systems) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate.

• To develop, validate, and enhance various power electronics converters, motor control inverter, for household appliances,
• Being responsible for software development, prototyping, testing and validation of power electronics product,
• To work closely with mechanical design, manufacturing and supply chain to bring the product into mass production,
• Being responsible from prototype to production,
• To invent and create new technologies and solutions.
