What we expect; 

B.Sc/M.Sc degree from mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, chemical or electrical/electronical engineering,
You should be willing to make career in production area as production engineer.
1-2 years of experiences in production.
You should have excellent communication skills in English.
You will monitor production processes and improving necessary fields
You should ensure that health and saftey guidelines are followed
You sohuld be effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects

You need to have;

You need to have strong communication skills and negotiation skills because you will cooperate with highly passionate and innovative functional and cross functional teams such as sales, logistics, finance etc.
With your strong analytical thinking you will be able to analyze market and consumer data,
