GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Min. 3 years of management experience within the fields of Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related functions
* Bachelor’s degree in Informatics,  Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
* Leadership skills with capability of motivating the team.  Result orientation, analytical thinking, planning  and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in international environment, communicate and network on several hierarchal levels inside the organization
* Solid IT skills, experience with SAP MM/PP/SD modules
* Advanced in MS Office applications
* Very good command of English. German will be an asset
* Knowledge of foreign trade and supply chain policies

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
* No restrictions for travelling

İŞ TANIMI

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Energy Management Division LP Factory in Kartal (and later in Gebze), we are looking for a Logistics Sub-Group Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the complete supply chain activities including order management, operational purchasing, demand planning and delivery processes with the objective of sustainable customer satisfaction by optimized processes and resource planning. This role will be combined with personnel management and have close contact to the business in general, including HQ teams in Amberg (Germany) & Regensburg (Germany), Sales, Management, Procurement, Production and related commercial departments.

What are my responsibilities?
* Management responsibility  of  planning, operational purchasing and ordering processes, improving supplier management and implementing logistic process development activities within LP/CP factory
* Increasing preferred sourcing models share in LP/CP factory purchasing volume, in accordance with global guidelines, implementing strategies to improve suppliers’ delivery performance. Taking necessary measures for supplier development by regular supplier performance analysis and sourcing strategies. Responsibility in sourcing committees and supplier selection.
* Managing the logistics processes within ramp up/down and relocation projects both in local and international business.
* Implementation of necessary strategies to ensure  inventory turnover rate improvement and customer delivery reliability
* Ensuring the inventory replenishment of the finished goods in distribution centers (both in local and export DCs) by effective production prioritization between sales and production plants considering the customer demand and backlog analysis.  Aiming to increase the finished goods availability and inventory quality of the DCs which lead to higher customer satisfaction.
* Creating sales, inventory and purchase volume budgets and responsibility for monthly forecasting, deviation analysis and creating long term volume planning for the business
* Regular meetings with HQ and local sales groups in order to track business development and ensure a reliable forecasting and demand planning base
* Determining principles, procedures, goals and strategy for further development of the function
* Daily tracking of business KPI’s , regular reporting to HQ and factory management. Joining weekly/monthly follow up meetings with HQ.
* Personnel management of 2 direct & 9 indirect employees, planning necessary trainings in order to ensure further development of the employees.
* Change management and developing the function towards customer expectations
