QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Graduated from Eng. Departments of Universities
• Significant experience in IT and Telco infrastructure, technologies, products and services
• Experience in at least one of CA, HP, IBM OSS and/or Service Management tools.
• Significant experience in using Sql Server and TSQL, XML. Experience in using with jquery and some involved javascript.
• Experience in one of there reporting tools. (SAP BO, Crystal reports, Hiperion etc.)
• Significant experience in development by using one of the programming languages (.Net , java etc.)
• Entrepreneurial, result oriented, strongly motivated team member with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong Presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Lead meetings with internal and external clients
İŞ TANIMI
Accountable for reliable and up and running VFNet's Service Desk and Monitoring applications (CA Spectrum, Virtual, SolarWinds, Cacti, TAC CSI Force), Sigos) within the range of agreed KPIs.
• Develop/configure new requests and requirements for VFNet's Service Desk and Monitoring applications both from internal and external customers: analyse, proactively test and implement.
• Accountable for maintaining the health and performance of the Service Desk and management systems infrastructure.
• Accountable for the Network and System monitoring and management applications have the latest capabilities and features.
• Develop/configure new requirements of reporting of above systems: analyse, proactively test and implement.
• Accountable for keeping VFNet’s Service Desk and Monitoring applications support quality is within the range of agreed KPI's.
• To give feedback support agreements with vendors.
• Responsible of managing Vendors and following up the Vendor technical performance regularly.
• To give 7/24 support & daytoday management of Vfnet's Service Desk and Monitoring services including performance management , optimization and improvements
