• Senior Cost Estimator
• A highly qualified and seasoned engineer or financial specialist with engineering knowledge and project experienced and project experience in an international setting.
• He/she should have at least 10 years of experience in cost estimation and certification of equivalent qualification as a COST Estimator.
• He/she should have an in-depth understanding and command Familiarity with relevant Guidelines.
• Have no restriction to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• The aim of project is to improve the quality, reliability and sustainability of water supply and sanitation.
• The Consultant is responsible for the supervision of the construction works (water supply system, sewerage system and relevant structures). The Supervision of Construction Works includes, but not limited with following tasks;
• Support to the review and approval technical proposal prepared by contractor
• Inspection of materials
• Supervision, inspection, measurement and control of the quality of the construction and equipment installation.
• Maintenance of record of progress
• Review of the contractors’ safety and environmental protection plans.
• Measurement and provision of required certification for work done by contractors.
• Provision of support to the Client during the Defect Liability Periods.
• The contract is under FIDIC rules and financed by an international Fund for Development.
