We are seeking for Senior Manager / Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Services / Project Finance and Capital & Debt Advisory team with the following qualifications;

·         Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field

·         Minimum 5 years of related work experience

·         Detailed knowledge of Project Financing and procurement

·         Financial modelling skills

·         Experience of managing transactions

·         Excellent analytical, interpersonal and teaming skills

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

·         Proficiency with MS Office

·         English language skills (excellent written and verbal communication)

·         Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic

·         Preferably military service obligation completed for male candidates

·         No travel restrictions

İŞ TANIMI

 Understanding and interpreting the client’s needs

·         Drafting project briefs, term sheets and information memoranda with strong attention to detail

·         Challenging assumptions being made in an assignment

·         Drafting tender and / or loan documentations

·         Having a current understanding of what is happening in the financial markets (e.g. economic trends, interest rate movements etc.) and in the relevant industrial sector

• Articulating how our Project Finance and Capital & Debt Advisory services can meet the needs of a specific client or transaction, and sell our services

·         Interpreting data from the financial model in order to inform the client

·         Understanding all key financial and commercial implications of the assignment

·         Identifying and analyzing key financial and commercial risk considerations

·         Explaining how changing market conditions (e.g., factors/trends) impact availability and pricing of deals

·         Participate and assist in preparing presentations and pitches

·         Lead in preparing reports and financial models that will be delivered to clients and other parties

·         Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

·         Build client relationships
