QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
Desirable to have knowledge/experience in Business Intelligence(Bigdata / DWH) and/or Billing/Charging domains
Extensive IT and telecommunications experience across fixed and mobile (>7 years)
Knowledge of architectural frameworks and process models such as the TM Forum, TOGAF, Zachman Framework, eTOM and CobiT process model
Proven track record of business and stakeholder engagements
Strong BSS background and participation in a large IT transformation programme of work

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture Senior Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IT Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager.

Support IT Management board concerning architectural decisions and requirements in line with VF Group
Global Architecture Team guidance
Ensure adherence to VF Global Architecture team strategies, standards & policies inside VFTR (ie. Tool, trainings etc.)
Ensure architectural alignment with business strategy, company goals, operating model and IT strategy of VFTR
Analyze telecom industry blueprints regarding enterprise architecture to identify further improvement and alignment areas
Perform gap analysis by evaluating current state architecture and define future state accordingly and prepare related transition plans
Prepare architecture roadmap based on group guidance, gap analysis, planned action items and overall delivery requirements, and review prepared roadmap quarterly
Fulfill gaps within IT infrastructure regarding enterprise architecture design to satisfy all related requirements
Investigate architectural requirements raised by their stakeholder and approve architecture design decisions during BAU delivery projects
Identify savings and innovation opportunities to support IT Management board for effective implementation of the projects or architectural changes
Establish consensus between stakeholders as SME’s by finding common ground for architecture and solution related issues
Govern and manage enterprise architecture and design activities for the projects (e.g. A and A+ type projects)
Act as «design authority» for projects
Work with solution and infrastructure teams to set the overall architecture plan for the projects and for each release
Review and approve all technical design deliverables, ensuring that technical designs are in line with agreed architecture plans
Provide solution proposals and resolve design issues and gaps, ensuring that correct analysis and design choices are made and implemented
Identify business simplifications that would simplify / improve the architecture and propose these simplifications to the program business leads and business analysts
Engage with software vendors as appropriate to review infrastructure design deliverables.
