Customer Data Management Specialist

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, MIS or similar disciplines. MBA and/or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline would be an asset.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Business fluent in English (German would be an asset).
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer analytics tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and in SQL would be an asset. (T-SQL is preferable )
• Strong knowledge of Database Management & CRM tools. (e.g. Oracle CRM, SAP CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics)
• Result oriented, problem-solver, and self-motivated profile.
• Strong analytical skills combined with good communication skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Passenger car customer database management in terms of data quality improvements.
• Design/re-design ideal system architecture and metadata model in customer databases in cooperation with IT team.
• Supply the master and reference data in CRM systems.
• Regular communication with Stuttgart HQ and global contacts regarding CRM tool driven data management activities.
• Insert systematic data collection processes into passenger car customer management processes and analysis in decision making for sales & marketing actions.
• Aggregate customer data from different sources and develop analytical models (e.g., segmentation, next-best-offer/action, churn)
• Product Management of Lead management tool in cooperation with IT team in terms of release management, testing of developments and creation of new processes.
• Monitor the implementation of Business Intelligence reports in cooperation with IT and Business Intelligence teams.
• Define and track passenger car CRM related Dealer Bonus Criteria.
• Supervision of the outsourced CRM agencies.
