QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Crop protection or Agricultural Economics or Field Crops departments of Agricultural Faculties.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in related field or market.
  • Preference on experience as Data analyst or Sales management
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • High level of Confidence, Drive for Results, Team Leadership, Strategic Sales Planning, Building Partner relationship
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills, Influencing and negotiation skills, Problems solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English


İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsible for the overall development, planning, coordination, implementation and reporting of sales programs & initiatives, sales optimization andsales process discipline in relation to Sales Excellence
  • Manage monthly local S&OP Meetings for CP and Cotton Seeds. Cumulate demands on local country via supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Coordinate and moderate the Sales & Operations Planning process in the country organization
  • Review the Sales process related objectives for all sales regions on a monthly basis,and guide regions through business management mainly to enable the team to achieve and exceed agreed objectives.
  • Identify, analyze and monitor sales performance improvements opportunities across the BCS Turkey Crop Protection and Cotton Seed Business
  • Improving client utilization, preparing and delivering customer presentations, facilitating all communications with sales channels, tracking account profiles
  • Monitoring competitor activity related to pricing/sales campaigns conditions, forming plans for increasing market share and communicating channel activities.
  • Provide expertise and encouraging sales force on relationship management, risk & opportunity management and business management processes
  • Coordinate the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated sales & marketing campaigns, on time and within budget and objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: sales, marketing and BPA, supply chain team.
