• Global And Regional Insights to support innovation and renovation Projects; Act as a core member of Project Teams, partnering with Chefmanship and Consumer Market Insights, to identify insights that will drive new product opportunities for new projects portfolio, based on analysis of trends, consumer needs, new technology impact on consumers, sensory data, etc
• Regional Consumer Research; Develop the research briefs for qualitative and quantitative consumer research, aligning key stakeholders in test design and action standards
• Manage the research project execution, troubleshoot issues when necessary, to deliver on time in full. Present data in an impactful way to key audiences, including a full detailed debrief to technical teams and higher level summary at director level
• Lead tasting sessions before benchmarking tests
• Provide relevant tasting structure and formats to chefmanship in other tasting sessions.
• External & Internal Benchmark; Lead regional product benchmarking agenda and quality analysis vs. competition for designing superior products and evaluation of their delivery
• Claims Generation; Drive claims strategy through conduct of claims workshops and claims support testing. Create claims demos to identify best ways to promote and enhance product superiority in line with brand
