QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduated from Eng. Departments of Universities
  • Significant experience in IT and Telco infrastructure, technologies, products and services
  • Experience in at least one of CA, HP, IBM OSS and/or Service Management tools.
  • Significant experience in using Sql Server and TSQL, XML. Experience in using with jquery and some involved javascript.
  • Significant experience in one of there reporting tools. (SAP BO, Crystal reports, Hiperion etc.)
  • Significant experience in development by using one of the programming languages (.Net , java etc.)
  • Broad experience in Technical Product Management
  • Broad experience in participating in multiple projects and deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial, result oriented, strongly motivated team member with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Lead meetings with internal and external clients


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Operations Support System Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Fixed Enterprise Management Systems Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
                             
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Accountable for reliable and up and running VFNet's Service Desk and Monitoring applications (CA Spectrum, Virtual assurance and Sysedge agents etc., Cacti, Hat-analiz( TAC CSI force), Sigos) within the range of agreed KPIs.
  • Develop/configure new requests and requirements for VFNet's Service Desk and Monitoring applications both from internal and external customers: analyse, proactively test and implement.
  • Accountable for maintaining the health and performance of the Service Desk and management systems infrastructure.
  • Accountable for the Network and System monitoring and management applications have the latest capabilities and features.
  • Develop/configure new requirements of reporting of above systems: analyse, proactively test and implement.
  • To manage the high avaibality of Vfnet’s Service Desk and Monitoring Services.
  • To manage all services inventory properly.
  • To manage and perform the test & deployment & monitoring of new and existing product & services in line with agreed project budget, quality and time constraints for Vfnet's Service Desk and Monitoring services.
  • Accountable for keeping VFNet’s Service Desk and Monitoring applications support quality is within the range of agreed KPI's.
  • Technical approval of new SLA‘s with vendors for related systems/services.
  • To give feedback support agreements with vendors.
  • Responsible of managing Vendors and following up the Vendor technical performance regularly.
  • Responsible for giving feedback in IT Business Plan preparation, budget planning and budget management.
  • Responsible for making proper investments according to the annual budget.
  • To give 7/24 support & daytoday management of Vfnet's Service Desk and Monitoring services including performance management , optimization and improvements of the services.
