GfK’s Consumer Choices division of GfK group, provides clients from trade and industry with regular information services based on continuous surveys and analyses of sales of technical consumer goods in the retail sector. Among the market segments in which GfK surveys and analyses data are office communication, photographic technology and optics, electrical household appliances, information technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics.
The Consumer Choices business unit of GfK now seeks an Client Services Consultant to serve its Automotive clients with the below mentioned qualifications:
- Having a University degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.),
- Having at least 3 or more years of experience (preferably in Marketing / Sales function in Automotive sector),
- Having an analitical mind and proactive problem solving skills,
- Client-oriented and flexible,
- Attention to details, highly organized, able to prioritize and work with deadlines,
- Having consultancy and problem solving skills,
- Good reporting and presentation skills,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Advanced use of MS office programmes,
- Living in Istanbul, with no restrictions for traveling.
İŞ TANIMI
The Client Services Consultant is a role, combining aspects of sales and marketing, as well as market research responsibilities. This includes sound data analysis and interpretation, prompt response to client queries, client management and identifying opportunities for growth. The role demands exemplary client servicing skills, as well as selling, account development, and product management abilities.The responsibilities of the position involve dealing with client queries and requests, helping to construct client presentations and reports based upon briefs provided and supporting the immediate teams administrative duties. It is envisaged, that this individual will (if successful) be responsible, in a relatively short period of time, for writing and delivering presentations to clients and taking responsibility for managing some of our client portfolio.
