GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
- University graduate (Computer, Electronics, Statistics or other engineering departments)
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work under time pressure and delivers success
- Team player, result oriented, proactive and initiative taker
- Very good knowledge of analytical tool (SAS Miner, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Coding, SPSS Modeler, SPSS Statistics)
- Very good knowledge of modeling techniques (propensity analysis, segmentation, time series..)
- Knowledge of a statistical language such as R or Python is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and complex business concepts in technical terms
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize analytical work and deliverables. Able to lead cross functional teams to consensus decisions on complex business and technical data challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
İŞ TANIMI
Customer Analytics Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey reporting to Omni Channel Marketing Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Provide actionable and insightful recommendations from data mining, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative analyses with the goals of: identifying acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities.
- Expand effective reach, increase relevancy, and maximize revenue through data modeling and analysis
- Collaborate and work closely with various Business, IT and Marketing teams
- Develop and Design advance predictive analysis models using R or SAS
- Work with IT to integrate new technologies into workflows (ex: Hadoop)
- Be a thought leader on data mining/analysis to uncover trends and correlations.
- Drive the structured capture and integration of data that can be leveraged for insights, measurement and targeting
- Co-ordinate analytics projects in means of design, development, project management and deployment with related functions
- Follow the deadlines, make sure that projects are planned considering all dimensions; delivered on time; with high quality
- Make sure that the project achieved the revenue, cex, sales, churn KPIs
- Provide consultancy to other teams in terms of customer analytics projects
- This role will have an important function of coordinating different departments and profiles of people to achieve a revenue oriented development, so should convince people during to achieve these targets
