İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik is looking for an Engineer - Technical Services AC&Energy Solutions who will work for Customer Care Directorate.

• Being responsible for assembly controls of System Air Conditioning projects,
• Preparing and publishing System AC’s technical journals,
• Following up fluctuation of System AC products and informing related departments,
• Following up System AC failure rate monthly and giving approval for service slips,
• Regular field visiting to solve problems between vendors, services and costumers,
• Preparing required training documents and ensuring training of related employees,
• Planning and executing fixed asset investments of System AC Technical Support,
• Improving System AC processes by creating 6 sigma projects.
