Conversion Optimization Specialist

• University Degree in related fields (preferably in Industrial-Management Engineering, Statistics or Econometry)
• Preferably 2 years of experience in e-commerce conversion optimization area
• Highly analytical and experienced in running A/B, Multi Variant and usability tests
• Experience or certificate in Google AdWords is an asset
• Experience and knowledge in A/B testing programs (Optimizely, Optimize etc.)
• Experience in web analytics programs
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive, self-disciplined and open-minded personality, eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong follow up skills
• No military obligation for male candidates 

İŞ TANIMI

• Structures, builds, and tracks  A/B/n tests for the website and mobile application in order to increase E-Commerce conversion rate and prepares reports based on the test results
• In order to keep campaign budgets at an optimum point and maximize ROI of these campaigns, creates campaign ideas and prepares campaign plan  - on inside/outside of the website/application
• Creates new automatic campaigns- by using marketing automation tools in order to increase the conversion rates and prepares reports of these campaigns
• Designs, develops and launches testing, targeting and optimization activities across all our e-commerce business units
• Synthesizes data/research from multiple sources to define testing thresholds and better understand test outcomes
• Works with the Marketing Team to increase conversion rates and ROI of digital marketing & site
