İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Site Acq.Contract & KPI Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Site Acq.Contract & KPI Manager of Vodafone Turkey. The accountabilities of this role are: Effectively follow up and manage VF Turkey Site acquisition Contracts and KPI Targets such as Rollout, Contract Renewal, Accrual Amount, Financial targets. Budget Management : - Structural planning of Site Acquisition Budget items
- (Leases & Rentals, Capex requirements, Regional Service Provider Commissions)
- Tracking & Controlling of realizations of planned budget items and defining the reasons of variances.
- Reporting to regional managers about defined variance reasons and discuss the actions for variance solutions.
- Controlling of accrual lists, prepared by RSP, for not paid contracts and not contracted locations.
- Business Analysis & Reporting :
- Analysing of contract profitability based on lease amount changes
- Analysing and developing site acquisition processes regarding to KPI targets. (Fx Contracts, Contract Payment Periods, Contract Amount vs. Target, etc)
- Preparing weekly & monthly site acquisition performance reports of regions & regional service provides. (Such as rollout, renewal, bonus / malus reports etc..)
- Designing of job related reports & processes
Payment Management : - Responsible for controlling of payment lists, prepared by regional service providers. Timeline, value & contract consistency of payment list is very important issue.
- Responsible tracking of invoice deliveries from vendors for down payments.
- Cash flow planning and tracking of site leases & rentals budget
Contract Management : - Responsible for controlling and processing signed new & renewed site acquisition contracts by regions and give approval from management system based on data accuracy and company standards.
- Work in coordination with regional teams & regional service providers.
Vendor Management : - Control and request approval for vendor creation & update requests of regional service providers.
Purchase Order Creation : - Purchase order creation of regional service providers based on performance reports and good receipt issue of this orders.
