- BSc. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
- Minimum 2 year of professional experience
- Telecommunication know-how
- Technical support know-how
- Industry vertical experience from any IoT/M2M & Messaging vertical is a plus
- Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English

We are seeking an IoT&Messaging Busines Partners Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IoT&Messaging Business Partners.Manager of Vodafone Turkey. - Strategic Management
- Responsible for IoT/M2M & Messaging Partner revenue and customer growth in-line with business targets.
- Executes quarterly and ad-hoc business reviews with Partners, focusing on revenue, training, lead-generation activities
- Develop Partner sales strategy to accelerate growth for IoT/M2M & Messaging
- Develop expert knowledge of key market drivers
- Business Management
- Achieve revenue targets and goals for specified verticals
- Manage new and existing partners to increase sales, gross adds and annual income
- Build ongoing relationship with partners to ensure best partner management
- Identify and recruit new partners to grow our revenues and market share
- Develop a deep understanding of market requirements and shaping propositions around these requirements
- Experience and interest in the entire sales cycle to include qualifying, demonstrating, presenting, handling objections and closing deals.
- Relations Management
- Establish and develop effective relations with partners on all levels; sales people, technicians and senior executives
- Establish and develop effective relations with assigned Partners ensuring clear understanding of Vodafone Turkey IoT/M2M & Messaging products
- Establish and develop effective relations with the key partners within partner eco-system to ensure that Vodafone is the preferred supplier among competition
- Work closely with the sales, pre-sales team to develop and position IoT/M2M & Messaging solutions
- Establish and develop effective relations with Vodafone Turkey internal departments to ensure fast and best business process
- Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activities
- Conduct business review with partners and recommend improvements
- Understand all partner eco-system and overall relations in respective market
- Health & Safety
- Ensure that Vodafone HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
- Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
- Information Security
- Comply with Vodafone Turkey’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
- Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to Vodafone Turkey Corporate Security,
- Protect Vodafone Turkey’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
- Protect user accounts and associated passwords and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
- Business Continuity
- Ensure that Vodafone Turkey BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007 Standard
- Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in Vodafone Turkey Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
- Ensure Vodafone Turkey BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within Vodafone Turkey
