GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
  • Experience in ITC Sector (Information and Communication Technologies
  • Experience in Customer/Partner Management
  • Fixed Operator Data , Voice , Security , Datacenter , VAS , Cloud services know-how is a plus
  • Experience in Customer/Partner & Partner Management is a plus
  • Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Fixed & Vas & Cloud Partner Management Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Partner Manager-Cloud&VAS of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
  • The key purpose of the role is to enable new Cloud & Vas & Fixed Services Channel Partners for Vodafone Turkey in line with company strategy to maximise revenue through these partners.
  • Responsible for Cloud & Vas & Fixed Services Partner revenue and customer growth in-line with business targets.
  • Executes quarterly and ad-hoc business reviews with Partner, focusing on achievement of revenue, training, lead-generation and relationship objectives are met and planned
  • Develop Partner sales strategy to accelerate growth for Fixed and Mobile Services
  • Achieving revenue targets and goals for the territory from partners
  • Manage new and existing  partners to increase product sales
  • Build positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner services
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new partners to build business
  • Ensure of understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and find correct partner then how these are applied to address business and technical needs
  • Builds relationships with assigned Partners, ensuring maximum mindshare and improved clear understanding of Vodafone Türkiye products
  • Work with Sales Teams and Product Management to develop Partner Network so that Vodafone Türkiye achieves its short-mid and long term targets within the all sales segments
  • Establish and develop effective relations with the key partners and kingpins within whole partners to ensure that VF is the preferred supplier for telecommunication
  • Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity
