İŞ TANIMI

• Follow-up SMS donation services with the relavant departments ( accounting, financial reporting,legal, ıt demand management as well as the third company) and prepare necessary documents required for the system launch and also ad-hoc requests from NGOs.
• Follow-up Vodafone Turkey Foundation’s daily activities ( coordinate the support requests from various external channels and make an active follow-up/give feedback upon the final assesment.)
• Follow-up the documents for Corporate Sponsorships and make necessary “searches” on internet, gain required information from various channels to help finalize the assesment procedure.
• Follow-up the documents and payments,contracts for NGO memberships across the company.
• Follow-up the requests from Corporate Affairs team. (help the coordination of the business processes) and make sure the issues are finalized.
• Support the team during Envoy CR reporting period in order to meet the deadlines from the Group.
• Follow-up Meeting Notes documentation, gathering from the representatives across the company.
• Make the documentation ready for weekly-catch up meetings.
• Attend CR and SR monthly conf calls and prepare meeting notes for Corporate Affairs team.
• Support the Corporate Affairs team for preparation of power point presentations on CR and SR issues. ( TVV projects, best practice search across VF Global family, possible CR & SR projects ideas..etc)
