QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Open to : 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate or 1st year Master students
Field: Supply Chain
Length:
Minimum 6 months - Maximum 11 months
Minimum 2.5 weekdays during the Academic Year (2 full days + 1 half day)
5 weekdays during the summer
İŞ TANIMI
- Assist/support the efficient operation of the demand & supply cycles
- Finalise given Project during Internship period
- Perform daily data update from SAP and regular integration of files received from factories
- Support the preparation of the periodic reports for main KPIs of the business unit
- Coordinate and follow-up the short term supply operations, such as subcontracting and labelling
- Follow-up the shipments from factories and identify/prioritize the urgent deliveries
- Generate procedure and process documents for supply chain functions
- Assist supply chain team with various analyses as needed
- Participate in the weekly supply chain team meetings and contribute with ideas of efficient supply chain practices
