QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for a Compensation and Benefits Head of Section to be employed in Ümraniye Human Resources Department with the following qualifications:
  • University degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in compensation & benefits,
  • Familiarity with data analysis or various statistical methods,
  • Knowledge of Mercer or Hay Job Evaluation terminology,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • SAP HR knowledge is asset,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (advanced level of MS excel),
  • Detail and result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills,
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.


İŞ TANIMI

The job holder will be responsible for:
  • Design and implement the organization’s compensation and benefit programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include: job evaluation and grading; salary administration; short-term and sales incentive plans, employee benefits (such as health, pension, company cars); expatriate compensation;.
  • Monitors competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs.
  • Prepares data about company’s Compensation and Benefit policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
  • Develop and conduct analyzes, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop compensation professional to ensure that the organization’s reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
  • Prepares employee communications materials.
  • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Provides data and  participates in salary surveys
  • Documents and evaluates positions up through senior management.
