OTR Specialist

• Bachelor’s degreepreferably in business administration and/or engineering
• Preferably 2-3 years oftechnical sales experience
• Effective communication skills in both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in English  
• B type driver’s license and active driver
• Mobility is essential
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Meets targets for profitable Earthmover Tires sales volume and new customer gain objectives in targeted market segments
• Conducts frequent customer visits in the field with high face-to-face ratio to achieve sustainable customer base growth
• Conducts technical on-site visits to put efforts for fleet inspections and tire performance
• Builds up relations with traditional Goodyear channel and provides training to dealer salesforce
• Prepare fleet customer pipeline for the responsible territory and create a prioritization to define the focus customers. Do regular fleet visits according to prioritization to promote Goodyear brands, do the technical follow-up at selected fleets and capture sales opportunities
• Applies benefit-selling approach by TKPH (Total Cost per Hour) methodology to promote product performance and quality 
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers in all levels in the targeted accounts
• Implements Earthmover Tires Tracking Program for follow-up performance indicators and tire replacement time
• Recommend “the right tire to do right job” in order to optimize the performance of our tires in all areas of application.
