QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yildiz Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for a Country Manager who will work for Export Organization. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

• BA / BBA in Sales / Marketing as the medium of University education.
• Good negotiation skills, teamwork, communication skills, commercial acumen, planning and organizing, enthusiastic & creative self-starter, disciplined executor
• Proven man-management capability in a multinational environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from multiple backgrounds and nationalities.
• 6-7 years experience in the FMCG Industry in the Balkans.



İŞ TANIMI

• Implement the region’s Vision & Growth Glide-path in alignment with the Regional Sales Manager, implementing the regions Go-to-market Commercial Strategies for achieving the same.
• Actively support the business in monitoring performance on key actions as laid in strategic and operating plans and identify opportunities in the area / countries.
• Responsible for the overall area sales function with regards to planning, development, implementation of sales activities & programmes ie in market sales forecasting, planning & deployment of Sales budgets, crafting & implementing channel & distribution plans (in line with aligned channel strategies) for various geographies of the business.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, managing effectively the relationships between functions and customers.
• Manage Distributor and Key Account relationships in the countries of responsibility.
• Manage & motivate distributor & ensure alignment of business objectives for the country. Manage capacity & capability of the distributor sales organization to effectively deliver superior in-market & in-store fundamentals.
• Ensure roll out of company business objectives into geography & market specific goals.
• Develop & deploy country / category & channel specific action plans – distribution, visibility & trade spend deployment & ensure its implementation.
• Closely coordinate with Trade Marketing department to ensure the application of Trade Marketing strategies into market actions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain department on forecasting & supply management
• Coordinate with Finance department on client finances & control
