QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/ Mechatronics Engineering, preferred.
Significant (at least 10 years) experience is required in Leased Line and Fixed Services acquisition management.
Experience in budgeting.
Leased line management, operator management, Fixed sevices Infrastructure planning

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Backbone Transmission Planning Expert x with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Backbone Transmission Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Manage and follow up LL, ME, ADSL and GSDSL applications (new, cancellations, transfer, upgrade, downgrade)
Follow up leased line capacity and its usage, contribute leased line optimizations
Manage and follow up the applications and related processes for the services (incl infrastructures) to be implemented in VF Net Backbone (MPLS / VAE / UMTH / YAPA).
Manage and follow up Türk Telekom ROYTEP process.
Manage and follow up TT OLO Portal service applications OHY, BGBİ, PCOM, EYAPA).
Manage Türk Telekom and other operators’ relations.
Controls and validates invoices issued by the LL Providers (TT, SOL, other) and makes invoice/payment reconciliation
Follow up circuits running over VF Fiber Infrastructure for reporting purposes. Issue Vocos numbers.
Effectively use NetTrans Tool
Collect capacity& budget demand from related departments, prepare and follow up leased line budget
Issue daily, weekly, monthly LL and activity reports.
Continually seek opportunities to decrease operational costs (leased lines) within the network
Manage POs and GR for Capex and Opex budgets.
