Transportation & Purchase Specialist

Techno Steel Processing Turkey (TSPT) is a new investment of Toyota Tsusho Corporation which makes steel processing and sells its products for non automotive industry.

We are looking for a “Transportation & Purchase Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate strong will to work in a dynamic production and sales environment with multi responsibilities.
As the interface between sales and production departments he/she will be responsible for management of complete supply chain operations. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration departments,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in material procurement, order management, import and export operations,   
• Familiarity with Free Trade Zone legislations, steel service center operations, distribution and power transformer industry is a plus,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Self motivated,  analytical, strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic production/sales environment,
• Team player with intercultural sensitivity,
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for travelling,
• Resident or willing to live in Bursa,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Successful candidate will be responsible in below areas;

Export Responsibility

• Booking shipment and/or truck for delivery,
• Delivery control and timely report to manager by Run down sheet,
• Free Trade Zone (FTZ) export transaction and report,
• Export documents sending to customer,
• Insurance coverage for all of transporation,
• Communication with FTZ, customs and customs agent,
• On time update of transportation and FTZ regulation,
• Stock control in FTZ system,
• Transportation and Customs cost check for each invoice,
• Invoice issuing from LOGO system,
• Advice for best delivery route from lead-time and cost point of view.

 
Import Responsibility

• Booking truck for import,
• Mother coil import situation sharing with related production depatrment,
• Whole transaction control,
• ETA Gemlik – through customs  agent,
• ETA TSPT – ourself,
• Free tiem issue – through customs agent,
• Import cost check for each invoice,
• Stock control in FTZ system,
• Spare and Repair parts importation from overseas and/or domestic,
• Related documents scnanning and put in order in common file.

 
Other Responsibilities

• Folklift rental control,
• Sales confirmation issuing update in common file,
• Work instruction update for transporation,
• Scrap sales and transportation control – Scrap companies both  local and overseas,
• Scrap sales record keeping,
• Insurance claim and following up till receipt of payment,
• Scrap Purchase Order (PO) issuing from LOGO system,
• All of transaction and negotiation related to rental warehouse,
• Procurement – factory procurement and any parts from Toyota Tsusho Corporation,
• Metal palette handling,
• Sending Mill sheet to Quality Assurance/Product Control.
