• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an end-to-end product manager
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Background in one of the sectors : energy / factory automation / building automation
• Background as an R&D engineer in relevant fields.
• Understanding of web technologies and UX / UI design
• Excellent communication skills with a creative and analytical mind
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Male candidates should have no military obligations

İŞ TANIMI

• Collect requirement analysis of business goals, customer needs, identify market opportunities.
• Define requirements from a business and customer/user perspective.
• Take ownership and responsibility to launch new features, coordinating the work-flow and work closely with R&D teams.
• Identify product milestones, plan product roadmap.
• Responsible of sales revenue and profit for the product group.
• Act as the first point of contact for products related enquiries within the company and work closely with sales and technical departments.
• Join important customer visits to support sales teams.  
• Prepare content for sales materials including sales training materials, presentations, catalogs, user manuals, videos, infographics.
• Constantly monitor existing products, use qualitative and quantitative data to improve them.
• Measure and evaluate solutions for value and opportunities.
