GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

- University degree preferable in Engineering (MBA degree is a plus)
- Experience in related marketing field (5+ years)
- Project management and strong analytical thinking skills
- Familiar with BI reporting tools (Business Objects, etc..)
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Multi-task management
- Telecom sector experience is a plus
- Eager to team work
- Energetic
- Detail oriented
- Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
- Ability to work under time pressure and delivers success
- Leading projects on her/ his own with building trust on others
- Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Base Marketing Manager – Consumer Postpaid with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Base Marketing Snr.Mng of Vodafone Turkey.- Lead and drive all base initiatives related with increasing the lifetime of consumer postpaid base (churn management): Recontracting, Contracting, Proactive Churn Management, Involuntary Churn Management
- Boost proactive churn management (Reiki) and lead all activities related with churn prediction and prevention.
- Drive initiation of savedesk activities at all channels for consumer postpaid base (Red Line, savedesk, winback)
- Plan, interpret insights from market research, market situation, customer activity, debt collection performance, customer complaints, NPS and incorporate into action plan
- Develop & perform action plan and related activities for the delivery of value related targets
- Collaborate with Campaign Management to define channel based targets and monitor channel performance regularly
- Develop & Track information reports & dashboards related to segment based base value
- Establishing effective governance forums to continuously improve performance in Value and Digitalization
- Contribute to financial planning/reporting processes for segment KPIs
- Effective stakeholder management of key business relationships. I.e. Segments, IT and Product & Channel owners, Interactive Marketing
