• Supporting board members in strategy formulation process,
• Actively participating in strategic planning and budgeting process,
• Developing projects in line with company strategies and business requirements,
• Actively managing business project portfolio and supporting business leaders in strategic projects (from development to execution),
• Conducting detailed analysis, preparing business cases and presentations to report top management,
