Vodafone Turkey is seeking a Applications and Services Specialist (Outsource)
We are searching for a key member responsible from lifecycle management and lifecycle excellence of related products and services. 
The ideal cadidate will have:
 
·    Experience in related field for min 1 year. (Telecomm/media/internet sector)
·    Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
·    Experience in development of digital channels i.e. mobile apps, websites, microsites
·    Experience with wireframe, interaction flow and user interface
·    Good at project management and cross-functional environment
·    Multi-task management
·    Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
·    Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English

İŞ TANIMI

• Understand and analyze the needs of segments and customers to develop and manage Vodafone branded/sponsored mobile applications.
• Integrate usability studies, global patterns, research and market analysis into demands
• Ensure that projects are managed properly and deliver timely project status reports to upper management.
• Ensure that applications are developed & maintained within Vodafone governance & specs.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform channels success.
• Develop strategies and tactics to reach goals.
• Understand the market dynamics and global trends/developments.
• Coordinate with 3rd parties either outside or in Vodafone 3rd Party ecosystem to define Vodafone’s market offering.
