·         Graduated from department of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
·         Minimum 10 years of management experience,
·         Experience in process/manufacturing and project management,
·         Experience in supplier development processes is preffered,
·         Experience in automotive industry is must,
·         Knowledge about product and financial perception,
·         Having strong communication skills,
·         Self-motivated and strategy oriented,
·         Creative and analytical approach with strong problem solving skills,
·         Result-oriented with efficient organizational skills,
·         Able to work under stress and time pressure,
·         Fluent in English (Advanced written and spoken English),
·         Having no obstacle/restriction to travel,
·         Having no obstacle/restriction to reside in Ankara,
·         For male candidates completion of military service is must,

İŞ TANIMI

• Following and verifying the capacity of suppliers by considering future production plan in coordination with Direct Material Purchasing and Supply Chain teams.
• Working with suppliers to check and improve their manufacturing processes to explore cost saving opportunities.
• Working with Product Engineering to follow technical cost savings.
• Reporting the cost saving achievements of other departments.
• Creating and developing pricing and escalation strategies in coordination with Direct Material Purchasing team.
