Actuarial and statistical skills
Computer sciences skills, IT language such as SAS, R
Good command on MS Office (Excel, Access)

Deadline, delivery and performance oriented
Pro active, ability to lead projects and convince
Military service should be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ongoing projects (early detection fatal cases, early detection disability, mitigating reopening cases)
  • Provide adequate elements to follow impact of specific actions / projects on average costs and process
  • Help make recommendation on prioritization between projects, on whether to accelerate any project, to put more resources behind some of the projects
• Analyze processes with the help of Operations team and make recommendations
• Build tools to monitor performance of external providers used (attorneys, actuaries and medical experts)
• Monitor impact of change of regulation on claims cost
  • Analyze data in separate set based on the policy and claims date
  • Identify early trend and provide feedback to various stakeholders
• BI dashboard
  • Analyze BI dashboard on a regular basis and provide comments to further improve it
  • Provide adequate elements to follow average cost evolution with appropriate granularity
• In-depth analysis of indemnity calculation in order to better assess the volatility of each parameter
