VSY Biotechnology is a progressive and innovative company that focuses on customer satisfaction by creating superior state of the art ophthalmology and orthopedics products designed and manufactured to greatly enhance and improve the quality of life of the patients around the globe.

We are looking for Product Managers to be considered for ophtahalmology portfolio. Responsible Product will work at the headquarter where is located in İçerenköy / İstanbul.
 

• University degree (Biomedical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,Molecular Biology and Genetic,Biology)
• Minimum 2 years  experience in medical technologies (ophtalmology experience is strongly preferred)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Self-motivated , problem solver, proactive, team player,
• Excellent interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict, result oriented, accurate with details 
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to create and work in high performance teams
• Team leading capability and excellent team player; excel at teamwork in cross-functional groups, including business teams, across several therapeutic areas
• Flexibility to travel within Turkey and abroad(Willing to travel frequently either domestic or abroad (min 30%)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications,
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Valid driving licence and active driving experience.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ability  to develop & manage  private and government hospital contacts and tenders rooms
• Demonstration and  training of surgical ophtalmology  product porrtfolio  within  clinics and operation
• Ensuring the strategic, scientific relationship with external stakeholders (KOLs, societies, regulatory bodies)
• Preparation and follow-up of strategic planning process of Turkey Ophthalmology Business; yearly operating plan in detail of sales, regulatory, pricing, budgeting, and market forecasts
• Developing,implementing,following up marketing plans and projects, working with all departments to execute,
• Updating the medical developments for surgical ophthalmology product portfolio.
• Providing medical support for the surgical ophtalmology  product portfolio from the global partners.
• Actively involved in training activities for sales representatives
• Assess the ophthalmic equipments market and identify new business opportunities to expand business,
• Planning of local noninterventional studies, scientific research projects
• Participation in meetings and exhibitions of ophtalmology societies,
• Provide  regular internal reports for market activities.
• Supporting medico-marketing strategies in collaboration with relevant products.
• Supporting and monitoring,analyzing the sales target vs realization in weekly basis
• Preparing and reviewing monthly and weekly analytical and operational reports and updating related managers
