GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Bachelor Degree in a related field (Economist or B&A degree with a concentration in Industrial Organizations, Regulatory Economics, Microeconomics)
Advanced Degree in Economy is a plus
5- 6 years with related experience
Has deep understanding of the telecommunication industry and its drivers, functioning and dynamics
Ownership&drive, solution&result oriented, good communication skills, planning&organization
Eagernes to follow his/her subject

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Public Policy Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Public Policy Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Prepare company’s position on regulations with: Fixed wholesale/retail access, interconnection, Roaming, LLU, VULA, NGA Related Fixed and Wholesale Products, Enterprise Regulation, International Carrier Services
Follow the issues related with Market Analysis, Market Definitions, Margin Squeeze, Equivalence of Input, Accessing Content and similar regulatory instruments
Prepare position papers, notes and power points on related topics
Make researches for future strategy, policy & economic issues for ICT Industries
Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
