Process Development and Optimization Engineer

We are seeking for a Process Development and Optimization Engineer for TÜPRAŞ Head Office

• BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to creative solutions to complex problems
• Technical competence on data analysis and mathematical programming
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills needed to effectively collaborate in a team environment, present and explain technical information, document work, prepare and present successful proposals and research papers
• Comfortable working in an environment where problems are not always well-defined
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of optimization algorithms (LP, MILP, NLP, MINLP)
• Familiar with optimization software (GAMS, CPLEX, MATLAB)

İŞ TANIMI

• Execute the appropriate technical approaches and develop new R&D projects in the fields of process development, optimization and data analysis
• Manage, analyze and identify trends in process data via data analysis and statistical applications
• Develop optimization algorithms on the subjects of inventory management, planning, scheduling
• Independently resolve technical objectives and criteria to satisfy project achievements
• Work as a member of a project team in a dynamic environment to fulfill results, sharing relevant knowledge, analysis, and recommendations with team members, collaborators, and project leadership
• Represent technical capabilities and project results to internal management
• Support implementation and integration of the projects, monitoring and proposing outcomes in terms of cost reduction, energy efficiency and environmental impact
