For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as an Budget and Controlling Supervisor to be based in YILPORT Holding Headquarter in Maslak.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields,
·         Have minimum 5 years experience in budget & controlling preferably in a multinational company,
·         Written and oral fluency in English is a must (Spanish, Portuguese as a second language is preferred),
·         Professional knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
·         Has strength in designing financial measurements and KPI’s
·         Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably SAP),
·         Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
·         Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
·         A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
·         Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
·         Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,,
·         Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,
·         Good team player with strong problem solving and negotiation skills,
·         Able to travel locally and abroad when required,
·         Completed military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Budget and Controlling Manager, Budget and Controlling Supervisor will work closely with local and regional teams and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Support monthly, quarterly, annual, analysis & reporting processes
• Drive efficiencies in processes through standardization between regions and automation of reports & templates
• Actively participate in SAP transition process
• Take initiative to improve financial processes and budget planning as a member of headquarter team
• Communicate internal deadlines within Yılport Holding and follow up timely delivery to meet reporting deadlines
• Analyze needs of Yılport Holding and set up clear business processes to be implemented
• Take active role in preparation of the detailed budget process and rolling forecasts
• Support both regional and local sales/operational teams on financial issues and decisions
• Perform financial and variance analysis for key profitability drivers
• Work business case analysis and in depth analysis of P&L items to achieve targets and respond to competition
