• Previous relevant work experience, ideally for at least 6 months
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and ambitious mindset, drive for excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Passion for recruitment topics, especially sourcing and relationship building

• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates on appropriate channels proactively
• Independent consolidating, assessing and interviewing of candidates from various sources
• Close collaboration with the recruitment team, HR Business Partners and business colleagues
• Ongoing development of an exclusive talent pipeline
• Analyzing current developments, deriving future recruitment needs and applying appropriate actions considering recent recruiting trends
