İŞ TANIMI

The Shell Enerji A.S. (SEAS) Gas Operations Team is a member of the South Central and East European Gas Operations Team which itself forms part of the European Gas & Power Operations Team.

The SEAS Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing the SEAS Gas Operations Team, comprising of two gas operators (operations specialists). The team is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of SEAS and SEEL gas and power activities in Turkey including storage, LNG, finance, regulatory and SEEL business development activities in eastern Europe including Bulgaria and Greece.

The Gas Operations Team Leader role is vital to ensure the business has effective management oversight of all aspects of the day-to-day running of the operational activities within the SEAS portfolio.
In addition, the Gas Operations Team Leader is responsible for maintaining regular communication with internal Commercial stakeholders to ensure all operational activities fully support the daily business strategy, by delivering operational excellence and demonstrating commercial agility.
