Head of Operations-Turbocharging

We seek for ambitious " HEAD OF OPERATIONS " who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Industrial Automation, Turbocharging in Istanbul with below qualifications;

• University degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture, Preferably 8-10 years experienced in Turbocharger,
• Able to communicate effectively and problem solver,
• Having a valid driving license,
• Very good command of written and spoken Turkish& English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• No obstacle for traveling,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Flexible to respond customer calls 7/24.

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead and develop the commercial and the technical part of service operations in the LBU
• Define and implement procedures in the LBU for service operation in all service stations focus on service quality and utilization of synergies
• Define and enforce compliance with OHS and Quality requirements / processes at LBU level
• Ensure availability of infrastructure, equipment & tools according to BU standards, coordinate investment planning within the LBU
• Review and release the corrective actions proposed by the head of operations at service station and associated budgeting.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions from self-assessment audits and RPM
• Lead the planning process for the human recourses for service operation including the HR development process within service operations.
• Implement procedures to capture and implement updates on commercial and technical documentation
• Evaluate forwarders, customs agents, training providers. Review performance periodically.
• Define local strategy for stock keeping including periodical review.
• Monitor sales outstanding and drive cash collection of overdue' s throughout the LBU
• Define and implement procedures for the execution of agreements such as maintenance agreements, OPAC, ....
• Depending on the size of the LBU the head of service operations at LBU takes (partially or fully) the role of head of service operations at service station level
• Ensure efficient cooperation with EUS (end user sales)
• Ensure process quality
• Drive the process of continuous improvements
• Be the ambassador for health and safety
• Ensure retention of key performers at service station level.
