The ideal candidate for this role has background in various aspects of digital marketing:

• SEM and SEO, Social Media Marketing, Digital Channel Management in preferably fintech, payment systems, retail banking ecosystems.
• This individual is expected to manage relations with the Digital Agencies, to ensure optimum resource allocation and best-effort efficiency for digital marketing activities.
• Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad (computer, industry, electronical&electronics engineering is preferred)
• MBA is an asset
• Minium 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing ecosystem
• SEM/SEO knowledge is a must, social media content management/ social media marketing experience, product/segment management is a plus.

İŞ TANIMI

• Monitoring digital marketing trends in the sector, local competitors’ positioning and global best practices (with a special focus on payment systems such as prepaid cards, PSP, loyalty platforms both for B2B and B2C services)
• Defining the Digital Marketing Strategy and developing the strategic plan to reach business goals
• Acting as the key responsible for managing relations with the agencies, ensuring that all activities (SEM/SEO, social media content management, social media complaint management) are inline within the defined digital strategy and financial goals expected from digital channels
• Establishing a continously improving lead generation process to support sales by conducting regular funnel anaylsis and identification of improvement areas
• Close coordination with digital agencies to ensure the optimum resource utilization for digital marketing activities
• Acting as the channel owner of MultiPay, the mobile application designed for Multinet Card holders, ensuring the desired level of customer experience and continous development of the channel in line with technological developments
• Acting as a key stakeholder for Information Technology team to ensure the required developments are done for digital channels
• Organizing the Digital Marketing Committees that is held once a month to keep senior management updated on digital marketing activities
